This time of year I am getting a lot of people cancelling very last minute or not turning up for their appointments. Please be mindful that this is my business and I loose out on money when this happens. I do have a policy of full payment if cancelled less than 48 hrs or no shows.

Extreme hot weather this week!!
Please be mindful that this week is due to get extremely hot 🥵. If you have an appointment with me please DO NOT walk them to me! Also if you think your dog may struggle with the heat please rearrange your appointment. I do have an air con unit which I’m hoping will help enough for me to be able to carry on as normal. But your pets welfare will come first and if I feel it is too much for them we will need to stop the groom!!

The plus of a no show is I had time to groom my own dog, the downside is I loose out on money. Please be mindful and let me know if you no longer want your appointment or unable to make it. Just not showing up dose not give me enough time to fill the space and I loose out! Thank you 🙏🫶🏻🐶
