And just like that, the holidays are over! Back to work with beautiful blue skies and ferocious cold, brutal!

Stock is going to be limited this week; sadly our production plans for last week had to be shelved as we dealt with the bugs that Father Christmas kindly delivered but we are back on it this week! The freezing temperatures make things significantly more difficult but we've seen worse (remember The Beast from the East?!🥶❄️☃️) so we'll keep on keeping on 💪🏻. As always, add yourself to the waiting list for anything out of stock to get notifications.

The last orders of 2025 have been delivered so that's it from us now until next year! We're back open on Tuesday 6th January with our normal delivery days and collection times. Stock will be updated through the week as we produce it but please bear with us as we catch up.

It's nearly that time 🎅🏻🎄.....we can't really work out how this has happened already or where this year has disappeared to but here we are!

We will be closing for the festive period on Friday 19th December 2025 and will reopen on Tuesday 6th January 2026.

We will be doing our usual deliveries during this period but will bring our Thursday deliveries forward to the Monday and Friday deliveries will be brought forward to the Tuesday to work around the bank holidays. We will rejig any subscription renewal dates to ensure that your order is renewed in time for the adjust delivery days.

Stock Update!

You may have noticed on our website that we currently have none of our chicken products available.....unfortunately our chicken delivery has been delayed which means we have been unable to produce the chicken products we had planned. We have stock reserved to cover subscription orders for this week and we expect to be able make more stock available towards the end of the week. We should be back to normal next week.

We are due a delivery of Chicken Necks, Duck Necks and, wait for it......SPRATS this week! We know there's lots of your dogs out there who will be very pleased to hear this! If everything goes according to plan, sprats will be available to order from Friday and the necks at the start of next week.

In other news, we're still ploughing on with our quest to find suitable new packaging and we think we have some options, watch this space.......

And since we are hurtling rapidly towards December we'll update you with details of the last order dates for Christmas very soon!

So that's it, the holiday is over and we're back to work 🙃 Thank you to everyone for your patience with our slightly altered service over the last two weeks, we're back to business as usual this week. Well, almost..... as we've been away there hasn't been any production so we're going to be playing catch-up on stock. As always, we'll add stock to the website as soon as it is available but please add yourself to the waiting list for anything you need, it helps us to know which products we need to focus on. Very happy to say that we have our new supply of beef and so you should see all of our beef minces becoming available over the next week, finally!

We're on reduced manpower over the next two weeks as some of us take a bit of time to recharge and relax 😎 We may be a bit slower to answer your emails and messages during this time so please bear with us. Deliveries will be unaffected but we are only open for collections the following times during the weeks commencing 4th and 11th August:
Wednesday 2pm - 4pm
Thursday & Friday 10am - 12pm
We will be back to normal w/c 18th August.

We'll be getting a delivery of beef over this period which means that towards the end of the month we will be able to make our Beef & Chicken/Duck 80:10:10's and Minces generally available again which is great news! Getting the quality of beef we expect at a reasonable price has been tricky over the last few months but we've found a new supplier so onwards and upwards!

DELIVERY UPDATE FRIDAY 25th JULY

Due to staff holidays we will not be delivering on Friday 25th July and will bring those deliveries forward to Thursday 24th. Any orders received after Wednesday will be delivered w/c 28th July. Deliveries may be earlier/later than usual as we deviate from our normal routine.

We really do have some of the most gorgeous views when we're out delivering, especially when the sun is shining!
