How’s everyone coping with the heat? Wasn’t only Rosie sporting a frozen tea towel today, we resorted to putting them our necks too!

We’re doing our best to keep going as normal but it is proving challenging and causing issues.

Unfortunately we’re unlikely to have any of our ox tripe products available on the website until the weekend - this won’t affect orders already placed or subscription orders.

We’re planning to deliver as normal on Thursday and Friday and are assuming that since many schools are closing there will be more people home during the day to receive orders. If you are not home we will find the shadiest spot we can to leave your order for you. If you do not want us to do this then please let us know and we can either hold your delivery until next week or arrange a day for you to collect.

This week is going to be an absolute scorcher 🌞so unsurprisingly it's going to make it a really tough one for us as we try to navigate production and deliveries in what are predicted to be record breaking temperatures 😓. We've already had one freezer declare that enough is enough and we've not even reached the worst bit yet.....🫣

So, please bear with us, we will do the very best we can but we need to ensure that we can carry on safely. It's highly likely that production will be lower than usual this week, we will prioritise stock for our subscription orders, once we have these covered we will add all remaining stock to the website.

As the saying goes we'll just "keep calm and carry on" as best we can, fingers crossed we don't melt while doing so! 🫠

Phew, what a scorcher!! How's everyone coping with the heat?

Rosie has always found the heat tricky but now she's (very almost) 13 it feels so much worse for her. Today she is rocking her own special "frozen tea towel" - she normally won't tolerate anything on her like that so it must feel really good!

As much as we love the sun these super high temperatures do make things somewhat tricky for us at Rawly HQ. It's constant battle of needing to open freezers but not wanting to open them to keep the cold in! We've seen Aldi have had issues with their freezers breaking down in this heat, we're really hoping none of ours suffer the same fate! As a precaution we've actually turned a couple off and we're monitoring the others even more carefully than usual. That means we will have less storage space than normal and that amongst other things will hamper production a little so please bear with us. As always we will update the website daily with whatever stock we have available.

On the plus side, defrosting freezers is really quick and easy in these temperatures!

And just like that, the holidays are over! Back to work with beautiful blue skies and ferocious cold, brutal!

Stock is going to be limited this week; sadly our production plans for last week had to be shelved as we dealt with the bugs that Father Christmas kindly delivered but we are back on it this week! The freezing temperatures make things significantly more difficult but we've seen worse (remember The Beast from the East?!🥶❄️☃️) so we'll keep on keeping on 💪🏻. As always, add yourself to the waiting list for anything out of stock to get notifications.

The last orders of 2025 have been delivered so that's it from us now until next year! We're back open on Tuesday 6th January with our normal delivery days and collection times. Stock will be updated through the week as we produce it but please bear with us as we catch up.

It's nearly that time 🎅🏻🎄.....we can't really work out how this has happened already or where this year has disappeared to but here we are!

We will be closing for the festive period on Friday 19th December 2025 and will reopen on Tuesday 6th January 2026.

We will be doing our usual deliveries during this period but will bring our Thursday deliveries forward to the Monday and Friday deliveries will be brought forward to the Tuesday to work around the bank holidays. We will rejig any subscription renewal dates to ensure that your order is renewed in time for the adjust delivery days.
