Important Appointment Policy Update 🐾
Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a quick but important update regarding appointments at Tallys Tails Dog Groomer.
Since the New Year, I’ve had several no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Unfortunately, when an appointment is missed without notice, that time can’t be filled and it directly affects my small business.
👉 From now on, the following policy will be in place:
• If you do not show up for your appointment
• Or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice
You will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment fee before booking any future appointments.
This policy helps protect my time and ensures I can continue providing the best care and service to all of my lovely clients and their dogs. I completely understand that emergencies happen — please just communicate with me as soon as possible.
