POLICY UPDATE 🐾

Cancellations:
Appointments with less than 48 hours notice will still be expected to be paid in full. Please note no further appointments will be scheduled intil the outstanding balance has been cleared!

Late Arrivals:
Clients arriving more then 15 minutes late may not always be accommadated, especially on busy days. This ensures fairness to those who arrive on time and helps me keep to schedule.

Matted pets:
If your pet has server or difficult matting extra time and care is required to safely clip through the coat, an additional fee will apply on top of the regular grooming price.

Prompt collection:
Once you are contacted please collect your pet as soon as possible. There has been many time where I’ve been left wait between 1 & 2 hours waiting, this make it difficult to balance my work with family life. Your promptness really helps.
