Sorry guys out of action for a week!

Sharp can lid- 1 me-0!

All glued up but unable to bend my thumb for a week due to where the wound is, and it had to be my right hand 🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve messaged everyone who I have booked in this week to re arrange for next week, we’ll get you booked in as quick as possible don’t worry!

Let’s hope it heals well and back to the scissors in no time!

Happy Sunday everyone!!

Just a little reminder to book in advance, I’m currently booking into June and have a waiting list for cancellations so if your dog is needing a groom please do let me know.

Also just a bit of housekeeping, my prices have now changed not based on breed but based on time taken, this will not change for most dogs on their previous groom prices but some take longer due to matting, behaviour and general size! If you would like to know if this effects you please get in touch before their next groom.

One last thing, I’m still working 1:1 and only have a very small time window between dogs, I understand things happen and cannot be helped in certain circumstances but if I could ask at the best of your ability to please be on time for your appointment and the same for collection to prevent going into the next.

Morning everyone!

Just been having a think about reducing waiting times for your pups grooms, if people would be so kind as to answer the following questions for me that would really help. I’m also going to set up a poll on Facebook and Instagram if you would rather do it that way.

Many thanks to you all!!

1. Do you bring your dogs to me because I am a 1:1 groomer as apposed to a multi dog groomer at anyone time.

2. Would you prefer your dog not to be held in a cage/pen while they wait for their groom?

3. If I offered a 1:1 twice a month would this appeal to you if I decided to go along the route of multiple dogs at one time.

4. Would an early morning or lunchtime drop off suit you better?

Hello everyone!!

Happy Jawa! Maybe because it’s Friday 🙌🏻

Just a little reminder that no shows induce a 50% of the groom fee, I’m booked up for a couple of months and when someone doesn’t show it’s taking an appointment away from someone else, needless to say I’m a small business and cannot afford to loose the money!! Thanks to everyone who does turn up and your support is greatly appreciated!

Also as from October there will be a change in the way I charge for my services, 90% of grooms will not change in price but from then it will be dependent on the dog not the breed, there is such a variation in sizes, coats and behaviour that impact the time it takes so that it has become a impossible to charge the way I have been. If you would like to know if this affects your pup please do get in touch.
