I just wanted to say a big thank you for your patience and understanding recently. I've had to cancel and rearrange a few appointments due to a run of illnesses recently flu, sinusitis and migraines. It feels like one thing after another at the moment! 🤧🤕

I know how important your appointments are, and I feel awful having to let anyone down. I always do my best to keep everything running as smoothly as possible, but sometimes these things are just out of my hands.

Thank you so much to everyone who has been so kind, understanding and patient while I get myself back to feeling 100% again. It really does mean a lot to me. ❤️🐶

⭐️ Appointment update ⭐️
**Regular customers only, not taking on any new dogs**

August and September are now completely full! I've been squeezing people in as much as possible but I just can't squeeze in any more! I am now booking into October with the next appointment being 2nd October.

If you want to go on my cancellation list just pop me a message! Obviously I can't guarantee a cancellation but I will always try my best!

If you're already booked in but want to book in further appointments for the rest of the year you're welcome to!

Most importantly thank you everyone for keeping me so busy, it means so much! 😊🐾

Your dogs are welcome to bring their favourite toy, ball, etc into the van with them if they wish! 😄

🐶 A little update from me! 🐶

Firstly, thank you all so much for keeping me so busy – I’m incredibly grateful for all of your support! ❤️

I’m currently booking around 2 months in advance, so if you’d like to keep your dog on a regular grooming schedule, I’d really recommend booking your next couple of appointments ahead.

As much as I hate saying no, I won’t always be able to fit in last-minute appointments anymore. I’ve been working lots of extra hours and days to squeeze everyone in, but it’s not something I can keep up long term.

Thank you so much for your understanding, and I can’t wait to keep pampering all of your gorgeous pups! 🐾💛

🌞 With the hot weather set to continue for the rest of the week, I'll be using the air conditioning in the van to keep your dogs comfortable and safe during their appointments.

Please note that grooms may take a little longer than usual, as I'll need to set up the air con and allow the van to cool down before each dog comes in. Your dog's comfort and wellbeing always come first.

Hope everyone is keeping cool in this weather! 🥵

I've had to make the decision to cancel my day tomorrow, it would be unsafe for the dogs and probably for me! Thank you to everyone for being so understanding.

I'm going to get an air con unit set up for warmer days so that I can still work for you all! This may need to be plugged into a different plug in your houses to be able to run so if anyone has any concerns, just pop me a message! But I will be setting it up at home and testing it first.

I'll be working extra to fit everyone in once it's cooled down a bit later in the week!

Bare with me while I get the hang of my first summer in the van! 😊🐾
