💸 PRICE INCREASE NOTICE 💸

I have personally delayed doing this for some time now as I dont want to increase prices if I don’t need to however the cost of fuel has really impacted the whole team and I can’t see it going down anytime soon. On top of that…

I haven’t increased my prices for walks and visits since I started the business over two years ago so I know it was about due.

We’re NOT increasing house sitting services at all they are staying the same.

We’re DECREASING the admin fee from £2 to just £1 and recommending for clients to request monthly invoices instead of weekly (if you can do this).

We’re INCREASING the base services for walks & visits to £1 extra. Additional pet prices will NOT increase.

Unfortunately we can no longer offer discounts or early bird prices however our large booking discount will still be offered. (If you book a service everyday Monday - Friday all month 10% off will be granted)

SELF EMPLOYED PET COMPANION

We’re looking for a reliable, experienced animal lover to join us on a self-employed basis. This is a varied role covering dog walking, pet sitting, and general animal care.

Some work will involve staying in an owner-occupied home for up to 2 weeks at a time, so you must be comfortable, respectful, and responsible within a private household environment.

Role includes;

• Dog walking (must be confident handling all breeds & sizes)

• Pet sitting (drop-ins and overnight stays)

• General day-to-day animal care

• Feeding, cleaning, exercising, and maintaining animal wellbeing

Requirements:

• Comfortable living in an owner’s home for extended stays (up to 2 weeks)

• Confident with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments

• Previous experience in a professional animal setting (e.g. kennel, vet, grooming, daycare)

• Valid pet first aid certificate

• DBS check required

• Must have your own insurance

• Reliable, trustworthy, and respectful

This role suits someone independent, experienced, and genuinely passionate about working with animals.

We had the BUSIEST March ever!!

New clients, returning clients, regular, ad-hoc, one-off’s, covering for other walkers. We’ve done it all in March!

We actually celebrated or 2nd birthday in March (quietly) which is quite surreal that we’re now in year 3 of being in business and making new furry friends every single day

Sue - Completed her masters in behaviour & we have fully launched our training and behaviour services 📝

Lauren - Has a keen interest in Grooming & has completed her level 1 & 2 ✂️

Cara - Is wanting to bring her equine experience into Wags n Whiskers and launch new services 🐴

Abbie - Has an interest in training & grooming 🐾

Molly B - Is currently pregnant so taking some time out of education for now 🤰
