World mental health day 🌍 we want to acknowledge the amount of people struggling with their mental health every day. Dogs are an amazing support for our mental health, they offer unconditional love, reduce feelings of loneliness and anxiety, increase physical activity and enhance social interaction. Having autism myself, I chose dog grooming as a career as I struggle in corporate work environments and dogs help me to self regulate and you will have seen my own dog (Darcy) in our videos who I take everywhere with me to help support my mental health. Remember to always try and take time out for yourself and give your pooches a ln extra snuggle 🥰
