Exciting news…. we have not one but TWO new support groups starting in September! 🤩

Walk 4 Wellbeing -

Walk with us and find a safe space to connect with others and nature. 💚

* 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month - men's walking.
* 2nd Sunday of each month - men & women's walking.

Starting out at Elephant Rooms for 10:00am, we will explore different trails weekly with the aim of finishing at around 12:00pm.

These sessions will be led by Raoul who is a long-standing member of our Ecotherapy Group and a familiar face to many around ER. 😄

Starting on Sunday 4th September, to join us, please call/text Helen on 07375 468005.

Both groups will be funded by Rethink Derbyshire, details of the second one coming soon. 👍 Rethink Mental Illness

Flat faced dogs such as Pug’s & French bulldogs as well as overweight dogs are at a much higher risk of heatstroke. This is not pleasant for the dog and in some cases can be fatal.
