‼️ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCMENT ‼️

Bark is moving from Denbigh to Trefnant!

Firstly, Happy New Year everyone!

After much consideration I’ve decided to relocate Bark to our lovely farm in Trefnant!

The shop in Denbigh has been amazing, to have the opportunity to open up a business and take on so many clients was so rewarding; and I loved all the people that walked past the shop daily and waved, or popped their head in to say hello ☺️

I have been working hard behind the scenes over the Christmas break to ensure that when the move day comes it will be a smooth transition for everyone!

I really hope all of my clients will follow me to my new location but I understand that for some of you that won’t be possible.

It wasn’t an easy decision to make the move from Denbigh to Trefnant, but increasing rent, rates and no shows were making it a struggle for me to stay in the shop. I love being a dog groomer and want to carry on so I needed to find a solution that would allow me to carry on doing what I love - moving to our farm gives me that!

DATE FOR YOUR DIARY:

*Monday 24th February*

Bark will reopen its doors at our farm in Trefnant. There is parking right by where my BRAND NEW groom room will be. So no more struggling to find a space on Denbigh High Street!!

Bark will close its door in Denbigh on 16th February

All my appointments up to the 16th February will still be at Bark in Denbigh.

All bookings from Monday 24 February will be at Barks new premises in Trefnant!

Final Note

I would like to thank each and every one of you, whether you bring your dog in twice a year or every 6 weeks; you have made it possible for me to do something I am passionate about and truly love.

I hope you will be able to follow me in the next chapter of Barks journey 🥰

I will provide the address of the farm to those clients who are booking in now for appointments from the 24th, but won’t fully update my address online etc until my new groom room is fully up and running!

I can’t wait to show you all pictures of the journey as it is being built/fitted!

🚨OUT OF OFFICE 🚨

Hello everyone I’m off on my holidays tomorrow afternoon! I’ll try and get back to some messages before I sign off. If you are a regular client please, please make sure your booking back in, I’m currently fully booked till beginning of August 🥴 I am slowing down on taking on new clients to makes sure your able to book in! I’m back in the shop officially June 28th so all messages I’ve not got back to will be replied to on the 27th!

Evening everyone! So today was officially my last day in work as I’m going on holiday 🙌🏼 so the shop is now closed from today until and including the 25th of July!

All messages/voicemails will be replied to on the 25th July 😊

The weather over the weekend and the beginning of next week is going to be stifling so please take care when taking your dogs for walks!

If you can’t put your hand on the pavement because it’s too hot it’s too hot for your dogs! 🫠🥵

Hello Everyone,

As much as I’ve tried to keep my prices low and affordable since opening, I am afraid that due to increased running costs, the price of all grooms will increase by £2 from August 25th.

I will also, moving forward, be charging an extra £5 for dogs that are matted, due to the extra time this takes and the additional wear and tear on my equipment

This hasn’t been an easy decision to make as I know things are difficult for everyone at the moment, so thank you for you continued custom!
