Paddocks Farm Pet Dog Training We run fun pet dog training groups to help people to train their pets to be a member of their family. Socialisation is important with other dogs and people.

This is a key feature of our training. Geri has been running classes for 38 years.

11th April - Woodford Halse.
Spaces for puppies at 9.30.
Adult dogs at 11.00.
Learn to be sociable with other dogs and people.
Have fun learning basic commands: Sit/down/stand Come/ wait/ fetch and simple tricks and play with agility/ hoopers equipment.
Discuss puppy raising issues. Problem solving.
All training with kind training methods with classes led by a trainer with 40 years experience. Six weeks course for £75.

Puppy Socialisation and Training - 11th April

New puppies wanted to join a new group starting 11 th April at 9.30. Puppies need to learn to be sociable with other dogs and people. This is a key focus of our sessions as well as doing basic training learning: sit/ down/ stand / come / fetch / wait and hide and seek. We also focus on solving individual problems by being small groups with individual attention for each puppy.

Puppies 9.00
Beginners/ intermediate 9.45
Advanced 10.30
Classes include socialisation and obedience training along with fun activities based on agility, hoopers and gun dog type games.

Outside in a secure training area as long as the weather permits - inside in a barn when it is wet.

Forecast tomorrow is 24 degrees by 10.00 so I think we have to say it will be too hot for training by then.
We will text everyone so anyone who wants to come at 8 can for a mixed session - we have put a large gazebo up for shade.
Otherwise please keep cool dogs don’t need to go out in the heat they will like us chill and enjoy a fan blowing on them.

New puppy group starting 17th May.

We teach your puppy social skills with people and other dogs. Each session begins with playtime off lead so that we can practice recalls before working on basic training commands on lead including: sit, down, stand, watch, wait, come and fetch. When puppies are old enough they will be introduced to older social dogs and we will use tunnels and step-overs to help build confidence and good proprioception skills.
