2 x more Bohler machines for a customer already running 4 x of our Terra NX packages.

Synergic, pulse & double pulse MIG/MAG, MMA and lift TIG welding equipment for joining steels, stainless steels, aluminiums and other alloys.

These are the 320amp models with the Terra range extending to 400amp & 500amp machines for heavy duty applications, but don't be fooled, the 320amp will give you 310amps @ 100 duty cycle!!

Supplied with Trafimet ErgoFresh 500w water cooled, fume extraction torches to suit existing vacuum units.

Some more blue goodies that left us last week!

First up was the MTE 2700 multiprocess machine, with water cooler unit, TIG torch & MIG/MAG torch for the welding of steel & stainless steel pipework.

Second is the PMC 2700 which will be used for the welding of mainly structural steel and wrought iron work gates etc.

Both machines boost 270amps @ 100% duty cycle, pulse and double pulse MIG/MAG, MMA welding and DC TIG with the MTE having High Frequency built in and the PMC only Lift-Arc.

Two packages, fully customised to suit two different customers needs!

Macro from a recent ISO 15614-1 Butt Weld procedure using the MMA (111) welding process.

The joint was completed in the H-LO45/6G position on P355-NL2 TC1 material using E7016 electrodes for the root pass and filled/capped with E7018s.

Careful selection of the E7016 electrode was required to ensure the minimum impact properties were achieved at -50c as per the material specification.

Welding testing the BritArc battery powered welder before it heads out to its new owner.

These 150amp, built in rechargeable Li-Ion battery welders are a great machine where power supply is limited or none existent!

With the capability to run around 40 x 3.2mm rods at 115 amps and 80 x 2.5mmm at 75 amps, it's perfect for small repair jobs.
