Wow, it’s a bittersweet day as we close our doors for the last time here at Hayfields. It’s been an amazing 14 years and we’ve met so many wonderful people and dogs ❤️
Firstly we have to give so much credit to my mother, Jo Amsel who was the brainchild and founder. Her ethos and ideas set the groundwork for everything we do here, so a huge thank you and respect👏❤️👏
(Special mention to my father Martyn Amsel for his extreme patience and forbearance over the years 😂❤️)
Next we have to thank all of our elves both past and present. They have all brought unique skills and personalities and it’s been such an honour to watch them grow and develop both with us, and after their time with us ❤️
It’s been incredibly hard to say goodbye today and we shall miss them all being a daily presence in our lives (they’ll be embarrassed to be named, but here they are! Mat, Lisa, Caitlin, Izzy and Frankie our loyal volunteer)
And finally a big thank you to you, all of our wonderful customers. We’ve been honoured to know so many amazing dogs and their respective humans over the years, we’ve loved and lost more times than we could imagine was possible. The special bond we developed over and over will live with both of us, always ❤️❤️❤️
And so we bid you all a fond farewell, may your tails forever wag and may your food bowls be filled for eternity.
Lots of love,
Nick & Vic
