This gorgeous girl Winnie came in for a full groom and de shed recently and WOW did she leave looking (and feeling) amazing 🥰

Frenchies may have short coats but they definitely know how to shed 😅 the amount of hair that came out was unbelievable! After a really good bath, blow dry and deshed treatment, her coat was left super soft and shiney!✨

She was an absolute angel for the whole groom and kept me entertained with the cutest head tilts and funny little faces the entire time, can’t wait to see you again Winnie🤩🫶🏼

Honestly, this girl never fails to take a good picture… she knows exactly how to work the camera😉
I may be slightly biased, but poodles really are one of my absolute favourite breeds to groom. Their coats are amazing to work with and they always look so elegant afterwards! But of course, I love grooming all breeds equally… every doggo that comes through the salon has my heart🤩🤍

Meet Nacha, the teeniest, tiniest Maltipoo puppy!
She came in for her very first puppy groom yesterday and took everything completely in her stride!

Her parents have clearly put in the work getting her used to the grooming process at home, and it really shows. Such a calm, confident little pup🥹🥲

I’ve had quite a few of you ask recently what products I use on your fur babies during their grooms, so I thought I’d share my go-to 🤍

I absolutely love Peanut and Pickle. Their products are designed specifically for professional grooming, with everything from shampoos and conditioners to perfumes and spa treatments, so your pups not only look amazing but smell incredible too 🫧✨

What I love most about the brand is what goes into (and doesn’t go into) their products. They focus on high-quality, gentle ingredients and offer options for things like sensitive skin, de-shedding and conditioning, meaning every coat gets exactly what it needs 🐶

They’re also vegan and cruelty free, which means no animal-derived ingredients and no animal testing, which is something that’s really important to me when choosing what to use on your dogs. As always, she was an absolute angel. There were plenty of cuddles and lots of kisses throughout!

We’ve come such a long way with her grooms too. She used to be so nervous, and now seeing her this settled and relaxed honestly means everything☺️🤍

What a day it’s been for the salon opening! 🐾

I’ve had the best time meeting so many of you and your gorgeous doggies 🐶 it honestly means the world seeing so many friendly faces come through the door. It was especially lovely seeing my existing customers pop in for a nosey and a catch up too.

The support today has been incredible, from all the kind words to everyone who’s helped behind the scenes to make this possible!
I’m so, so grateful🫶🏼
I’m unbelievably thankful to everyone who’s been involved in helping make this dream a reality, I couldn’t have done it without you all.

I can finally share it… our OPEN DAY is next Saturday 2nd May! 🤍🐾

Please come along, have a look around, and see your pups’ BRAND NEW grooming salon for the very first time!
There’ll be drinks, treat bags and pupachinos on offer for you and your fur babies too!

Thank you again for all the kindness and lovely words of support these past couple of months (well… always to be honest!)
This is all I have wanted since I can remember and I cannot believe my dream is finally becoming a reality!
I’d love to see as many of you (and your pups!) there as possible 🐶🤍

As well as the open day, it’s also the May Day celebration at Heart of the Shires , so there’s plenty to enjoy while you’re here. Expect local food stalls, licensed bars, classic and vintage cars around the site, plus Morris dancing, a brass band, and so much more!

(Any appointments after the 2nd May will be at the salon at Heart of the shires, I’ll send out a mass text to all of my customers with the details!)

Sorry for the delayed Christmas post, I hope you all had a lovely day. I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported my small business over the past year, it truly means more than I can say.

I’ve been completely overwhelmed by the generosity shown over the past month, from kind words to thoughtful gifts and generous tips. It’s honestly been so appreciated and never taken for granted.

I genuinely love every single one of your dogs, and I still can’t quite believe this is my job. I’m so looking forward to welcoming all of your pups back in the New Year 🤍
