Loudoun Veterinary Clinic was established on 1st May 2021 by Robert and Alison McElrea. Robert has been a vet in the village for over a decade and has gained a caring and respected reputation within the local area. Our main interest is the care and welfare of our patients, whether they are small or large animals. We cover our own out of hours emergency care to ensure that our client's pets are see

n by a familiar and trusted face. Our ethos is to provide an excellent health care service for your pet. New registrations are welcome, although contacting the practice to discuss your requirements is recommended. This can be conducted via e-mail [email protected] or by telephone 01560 322419.

🐾A gentle reminder to all pet owners 🐾

With the warmer weather arriving and more of us enjoying the time outdoors, pets can sometimes become a little more adventurous too! ☀️🌲

Please take a moment to check that your pet's microchip details are up to date, including your current phone number and address. If your pet ever wanders off, accurate details give them the best chance of being reunited with you quickly and safely 🐾

If you are unsure which database your pet is registered with or need any advice, feel free to contact the practice- we're happy to help.

Loudoun Veterinary Clinic will be closed Easter Monday.

A vet will be available for emergency treatment only for our registered clients. Please call 01560 322419 where you will be put through to an answer machine which will give you a mobile number to call if you require a vet in an emergency.

Please order prescribed medication for your pets prior to 5.00pm on Thursday 2nd April and collect any required prescriptions on Friday 3rd April 2026. We will not have a pharmacy delivery until Tuesday 7th April, please ensure your pets have adequate medication over the Easter weekend.
