The gates of Ashcross Kennels and Cattery are now closed for good!

Thank you for all of your well wishes, cards and gifts, we are overwhelmed by the love and support from you all and will miss everyone!

🐶🐶 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT 🐶🐶

We are sad to announce that as of 31st August 2022 Ashcross Kennels and Cattery will be closing as we have made the decision to retire.

We would like to thank all of our customers past and present, two and four legged, for their support over the last 16 years, but we have decided that the time has come to put our feet up!

It has been an amazing 16 years, full of lots of fun, running around after balls, picking up ‘presents’, laughing and playing and enjoying every second, come rain or shine. We will miss all of our customers, many of which became good friends and we hope to see you around when we have time to get out and about!

EXTRA SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

🐾 OUR OPENING HOURS HAVE CHANGED to reduce social contact during the pandemic.
***WE ARE OPEN FROM 9am until 12pm***

🦮 DROP OFFS AND COLLECTIONS MUST BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY during the pandemic period so please request a time slot when booking your pet in. This is to reduce social contact between staff at Ashcross and our customers

🐶 When dropping off and collecting your pets, please ***STAY IN YOUR CAR*** and wait until staff are free to assist you. If we don’t come to you, please give us a call on 01803 712567 and we will come straight to you as soon as we can but bear in mind we may be walking dogs in the field, so bear with us!

🐩 Can one person drop off and collect the dog please.

🐕 Please email or call us if you need to update any of your details.

🐈Please pay by bank transfer where possible prior to collection. If you need to pay with cash, please ensure it is placed inside an envelope to pass through your car window safely! NO CHANGE AVAILABLE, so please bring the exact amount.

🐱We will spray the surface of your dog’s coats with an antibacterial spray on entering the kennels. We will be washing hands and using hand sanitizer at regular intervals. We will also be using recommended PPE such as gloves, face masks and sneeze screens. Our cleaning schedule has always been thorough and we will continue to ensure all pens and areas in between are cleaned asks sanitizer frequently using our specialist disinfectants.

😺 We are having to have a small price increase to cover the extra PPE and cleaning requirements at the kennels and cattery. All prices will go up by £1 which will make them the following:
DOGS
Small to Medium (up to cocker spaniel
size) £12
Large to Giant £13
CATS
One cat £8 (food not supplied for Cats
So please bring your own)

We are CLOSED for business from today for a hopefully little while we self isolate from Covid-19. We are taking this opportunity to deep clean and refresh the kennels and cattery so that when we open again we are better than ever!

Thank you to all of our customers for your wonderful custom so far and we look forward to seeing you all on the other side of the pandemic.
