Hey everyone,
We hope everyone is having a good start to the summer holidays, despite the random weather we have been having.

This is a little announcement to make customers aware that we are changing the way customers enquire about bookings and to inform you of our office opening hours.

As of August, our new office hours are going to be Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm. These times do not affect or change our drop off and collection times, only the times we deal with emails and enquiries.

The emails and telephone will be monitored over the weekends to ensure we don’t miss any important messages but primarily most routine enquiries will be dealt with during our usual office hours.

If you would like to make a booking or to enquire about availability, then please email us on [email protected]. We are extremely busy and finding it hard to keep up with all the booking enquires coming in over the different platforms.
Therefore, from August we will be asking everyone to email us if they have dates they would like to book in rather than enquiring via WhatsApp or Text.

We will continue to use WhatsApp and Text messages to send photos and provide updates, but we would like to move all booking enquiries over to the emails, to ensure consistency with our new digital booking system.

If anyone has any questions about the changes please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Polite reminder:
When a booking is made with us, the deposit will be due 10 days from when the invoice is sent out, doesn't matter how far in advance the booking is. We have every right to cancel your booking if the deposit is not paid.

The balance for each booking is then due a month before. As you all know we only have a small team and we would much prefer to spend time with all our furry guests, keeping them happy then having to spend our time chasing unpaid invoices.

Thank you everyone, and we appreciate everyone that does pay on time. We hate sharing posts like this but it's just a gentle reminder if you still want your booking then pay your invoices on time.

Hey everyone,

We hope everyone has had a brilliant Christmas 🎄and a fantastic new year 🎇🥂
We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone for last year who have been patient with us during the transition of new owners, banking and QuickBooks. It’s been such a busy year and we are very excited to see what 2025 brings us.

We would also like to let everyone know that there will be a price increase this year. We haven’t done this for a couple of years, but unfortunately there is no way we can avoid it this year. Any new bookings made from now will be with the new price, and will be discussed at the time of booking.

Thank you for all your continued support and we all look forward to seeing you guys this year. ❤️ 🐾

Hey everyone 👋🏼

Hope everyone has been enjoying the small amount of sunshine we have had today 🙂

Little announcement coming up ❤️
Most of you will know we have said goodbye to Kate and Mark at the beginning of April.
It’s been lovely welcoming Andrea & her daughter Kiera to the kennels.

Some customers maybe aware but we haven’t quite got there with quickbooks. Instead I’m currently in the process of sending out messages to everyone individually, to confirm their dates, the new bank details, and the deposit amount that is required.
We also have a new email address.

So once quickbooks is up and running invoices will be link to the above email.

Look forward to seeing everyone over the coming months. Thank you again for being so patient with us.

10 years ago we started Beeches Kennels and this was one of the first photos we used on our page. It’s been a very busy 10 ten years with lots of highs and few lows ( lockdown! ) where we just about made it to the other side ! However it’s with a very heavy heart and with a lot of sole searching and tears from me and the girls that Mark and I have decided to relocate to Devon where our family are for some much needed new adventures. Beeches has been purchased by a very enthusiastic new family who are committed to continue its great work and add lots of new improvements as time goes on. Courtney and all the girls will be staying on with the new owners so to you the customer the transition will be seem less apart from a new bank account!!
We want to take this opportunity to thank each and every customer for trusting us with their beloved furry friends a responsibility we haven’t taken lightly and to thank our amazing staff over the years who have worked side by side with us to make Beeches the success it is today. As I drive out the gate for the last time as owner I can tell you there won’t be a dry eye in the place. X###

Just wanted to share this course to our customers. The Team at Beeches went on it recently and as they released new dates I thought a few of our customers may be interested? It’s practical and great info to have if you own a dog it really could make a difference in an emergency.
