***CORONAVIRUS UPDATE***
Hi guys. We are preparing ourselves for when we are able to reopen. We are aware that mobile groomers have been allowed to work and indeed some are but we have chosen to remain closed to support our front line workers and to prepare fully as it will be a completely new way of working for us. Please note we are not taking appointments yet. We will first contact all customers who have missed appointments because we were closed. Please be patient as it will take us some time to work through these. After that, existing customers who have not booked in yet will be prioritised. New customers will be added to a waiting list. We cannot definitively say yet when we will be reopening or when we will have availability.
Once we know the date we will reopen, we will publish the protocol we will be using when coming to groom your dog. This protocol is being put in place to protect us and our customers and must be adhered to.
Some grooming prices were increased on 1st April 2020. Those charges will not apply to customers whose appointments were cancelled in March and April. In addition, there will, unfortunately, be a small price increase to cover the costs of additional PPE and time spent fully disinfecting the van between customers, following the guidelines given by the government and grooming industry.
In the meantime, you can help by getting your dogs used to seeing people in masks and gloves as that will be the new normal for groomers. If they get used to seeing you in them hopefully they won’t freak out too much when we turn up at your door!
