Hi everyone!, This is a notice that my prices will have a slight price increase from the 5th of April. I have had to review my prices due to cost of equipment and electricity expenses. If you have any questions about my updated prices. Please give me a message. I will get back to all messages on Friday.

Cancellation & matting Fees

Hello everyone these are my up to date fees 🐾

Cancellation Fees
🐾Any cancellation on the day or no shows will be
charged full price of their pamper.
🐾If it’s a cancellation less than 24hours pre pamper.
50% of their haircut will be charged.
🐾Anything more than 24hours notice on a
cancellation will not be charged with any fee.

Matting Fees
This is for any doggies that are matted right down to the skin.
🐾Full matted shave down £15 extra
🐾Half matted shave down £10 extra
🐾Nots or little Matts that take extra time £5 extra

Please note, any usual little matts in ears, tail or small amounts of the fur will not be charged as most of the time they don’t take long to brush out.

Happy new year everyone! ✨
I have some new information for 2026. From now on I am taking Fridays off for admin days as I am struggling to reply to messages and spend a day doing pampers so I will now reply to any messages on Fridays. If you need to be in contact to cancel an appointment please give me a email as I will check those. I also can no longer accept any tips through bank transfer as they will be taxed off at the end of the tax year. If you have an appointment already booked on a Friday no need to worry as it won’t change, but as of now I work Monday-Thursday. I am super excited to see how 2026 unfolds 🐾

Hello everyone!, what a lovely festive month it has been. Thank you all so much for the sweetest Christmas cards and gifts. I am so unbelievably grateful for all my lovely customers. It has now been 2 years since Pupz zen den began, when I groomed my first ever dog in my kitchen!, I can’t believe how far it has come and I have enjoyed every moment. This year has been incredible so thank you all for the support 🫶🏻. I will be off for the next couple weeks and Pupz zen den will be opening again on the 5th of January. I have been trying to get through as many messages as I can working through the busy Christmas period . So if I haven’t yet replied don’t worry!, as I will get back to you after Christmas. Thank you all for your patience.
