CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
I hope you don’t have to cancel your grooming appointment but if you do please give me as much notice as possible, I am a small business and ‘no shows’ can have a detrimental effect on my business. If I have enough notice it may be possible to fill your appointment slot. Cancellation charges are as follows

No-show £10
Exceptions will always be made for unavoidable emergencies.
