Just in from the lovely Scottish Short Hair Championship Show in Livingston.

Another successful day out for the Kittychara clan. GRCH Smaragdtempl Da Vinci won his first Imperial Certificate just two weeks after getting made up at Blackpool and Preston Show.
Matching Vinci all the way, GRCH Kittychara Spellbound also won her first Imperial Certificate and also took BOB this time.
Kittychara Crème Caramel continued her march forward, winning her second CC and taking BOB again.
Finally, Kittychara Cruz won his open, BOB and awarded one of the newly introduced Kitten CC’s. He also went on to win Best of Variety kitten (his third in his career to date).
Now to chill out at home.

Another successful day for the team at Preston and Blackpool Championship Show. Both Smaragdtempl Da Vinci and Kittychara Spellbound won there third Grand Challenge certificates elevating them to Grand Champions - subject to GCCF ratification.
Kittychara Crème Caramel won her first CC and BOB at the tender age of 9months and three days. Kittychara Cruz also won his open and BOB.
To top it off Grand Champion Kittychara Emperor won his fifth and qualifying Imperial Grand Certificate and BOB elevating him to Imperial Grand Championship status. It was great to be there and celebrate with John and Carol Ollier on their success. Special thanks to them both for loving and presenting him so well. Many thanks to all the judges. It was indeed a great day for chinchillas.

What a fabulous day for Kittychara Persians at the joint Northern Ireland and Erin Cat Club Championship Shows in Larne. Despite leaving home last night at midnight to catch the 3:30am ferry, the cats showed beautifully.

Kittychara Spellbound - Female Chinchilla Adult won both her Grand Challenge Certificate Classes.
Smaragdtempl Da Vinci - Male Shaded Silver won BOB at both shows as well as both Grand Challenge certificates. He then was awarded best Persian Adult at both Shows. Thanks to Rosario Marraro for trusting us with this sweetest of boys.
Kittychara Cruz 5 month Chinchilla male kitten won both his open classes and both Best of Breeds despite being badly in the middle of teething.
Kittychara Crème Caramel - 8 month old Golden Shaded Female - won both open classes and two Best of Breeds. She then won best Persian kitten at both shows, best overall Persian at both shows then unbelievably secured overall Best in Show exhibit at the NICC. What a huge accolade at such a young age.
Many thanks to all the judges for a fabulous day.
Waiting now at the terminal ferry for sailing home. A very tiring but awarding day in Ireland.

Just back home after a long drive back from the joint Exotic Cat Society and Long Hair Cream and Blue Cream Cat Association Championship Shows.

Kittychara Persians had a fabulous day.

Smaragdtempl Da Vinci 2 CCs and 2 BOBs
Kittychara Spellbound 2 CCs

This means that both our young adults are now Champions subject to GCCF approval. Many thanks to Rosario Marraro for trusting us with Da Vinci.

Our golden kitten, Kittychara Crème Caramel won both breed classes and awarded 2 BOB’s.

And making his debut Kittychara Cruz at the tender age of 3 months and a couple of weeks, won both of his open classes and awarded BOB in both shows. He then went on and won Best Kitten in Show - any other colour at the LH Cream & Blue Cream Show and Best in Show Persian Kitten at the Exotic.

A truly magical day!

A fabulous day at the joint Scottish and West of Scotland Show. Spellbound - Chinchilla Adult female - 2 CCs and 2 BOBs. Da Vinci - Chinchilla Adult Male - 2 CCs. Cosmos - Chinchilla Kitten Male - 2 BOBs and finally Caramel - Golden Kitten female - 2 BOBs.
A lot of work to get our family ready. Forgive the sleepy eyes - it was a long day for them.
