INTRODUCING...... BLUE
Blue is a 2 year old Cane Corso x Lurcher. He is neutered.
He is very good with children and playful, can sometimes be abit spacially unaware when excited so children 10+ is best suited.
Has not lived with cats so isnt cat tested so wouldnt say able to live with cats.
His favourite things are Affection, Treats, Fetch and Toys but mainly Fetch he will play fetch for hours.
He dislikes bikes or things on wheels that come towards him, he will bark. This is something we will be working with with the owners while he is still at home and will need to continue his education when he finds his new family.
His character is gentle giant, Very chilled around the house, Clumsy, Loyal, Sleepy but excitable at times when people come to the house.
Out on walks he has very good recall, will go and see another dog if it’s off lead and running but will come back by his name and a whistle.
With other dogs out and about he can be reactive on a lead and is very strong so can be hard to walk if he is overly stressed and excited with lots of dogs around, however off the lead is amazing and interacts and plays with other dogs just fine.
He can be left alone but of course does prefer company. He can be cheeky and open doors and loves to sneak any food that is left out on a kitchen side and treat himself to a meal.
Blue is a lovely boy, he has a heart of gold and needs firm boundaries as due to his size likes to throw his weight around if he is allowed. He loves nothing more than going in the car to an open space and play ball. He will need some ongoing training but all in all hes a great dog. Unfortunately a very reluctant rehome but the owner is really suffering with skin allergies and having tried absolutely everything to help it, she just cant get better because of Blues fur.
