Following on from the communication tonight from our Prime Minister, I have no option but to temporarily close Oscar's Groom Room. Hopefully this situation will be short term . Appointments will be reorganised when I am allowed to reopen. Thank you so much for your understanding during this difficult time. See you and your hairy babies soon :) xx
