Diane is the owner, head groomer and my mum ;-) Mum opened this shop when I was five, Im now 42, So it is not an exaggeration to say we have a lifetime of experience with animals. It is this experience that helps us help you. We are passionate about our jobs, and the team that we work with hold the same passion and dedication. My name is Karen and I run the shop with Kim, Naim, Michaela, Ciara, Ci

lla, Tracy, Milly and Holly. All of whom love animals like mum and I do. Diane (mum) runs the grooming room with Rosie, and Linda. The groomers have a wealth of experience and knowledge, meaning they can help with every breed and every customer request. The groomer’s work on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday and boy, are they busy.....

The shop is open seven days a week, so we are always just a call or car trip away. In the shop, we have a wide range of stock and all of our staff are well trained and ready to help with your questions, whether that is about nutrition, behavior, housing, bedding, feeding, training or just about anything else you can think of. We breed all of our own small animals so this means we know that we are supplying families with healthy and happy pets. We no longer breed rabbits however we offer a rehoming service for bunnies, and all other small pets. Their eyes aren't even open yet but their little teeth are, and they are using them to full extent. I just love watching our babies grow 🥰🥰🥰

Have ALL had babies WHOOPEEEE I don't often get to say this, but everyone on the waiting list you WILL be getting a baby hamster in a few weeks time. You have no idea what a pleasure it is for me to be able to say that. I feel like the fairy god mother saying "Cinderella you will go to the ball" 👸🏻👸🏻👸🏻 (if you are a regular in our shop then you know nothing would give me more pleasure than to be the fairy god mother in Cinderella) so I am enjoying this moment.

Mums on bug feeding today. We feed and water all of the animals daily and that includes the bugs. It's highly amusing to hear mums conversation that's she's having with the bugs telling them not to jump out as she's putting the food into their boxes. So far they are doing as they are told 🤣🤣🪳🪳🤣🤣

🐾 Dipsey is a sweet little girl. She is a teeny tiny tot of love. She's snuggly but shy. She loves to have cuddles and potter round her cage. She loves to burrow and new enrichment in her cage. Dipsey was not bred by me. She will be an amazing family pet as she really loves

🐾 Macy is an 11 month old chocolate Syrian hamster. She's a lovely big girl who loves snuggles and cuddles. She scoffs flax seed like you would not believe. She's a flax eating machine. She has been rehomed as her owners can no longer care for her. She's amazing and will make a hammy loving home a happy one.

REHOMING FEE APPLIES this is different for all animals, as it is specific to their set of circumstances.
If you are interested in giving them a home please contact the shop, via phone 02087773440, email [email protected] or messenger on either Facebook, or Google . Upon contact we will give you a rehoming application form. Please fill that in and return it to us asap. As you can imagine we have multiple applications for lots of rehomers. So for this reason it would be preferable for you to get back to us swiftly.
WE DO NOT DO WALK IN SALES OR REHOMES.
All conversations about the suitability of the home you are offering, must be done in advance.
All visits for collection, handling sessions, habitat enrichment and over all husbandry are done via appointment. This means that we can give you all the time you need to make sure that you are happy with your new pet and more importantly that your new pet is happy and settled with you.
We do realise that this may seem over the top, but we have a duty of care to all the animals here. We find that this way works best in the long run for both you and the animals.
Please do not be offended if we do not contact you back after your application. We often have multiple applications for rehomers and sadly we just do not have enough time to contact all applicants. If you are the person/persons that we feel are the right match for this rehome we will be in touch.

These animals are going to live for a long time, please be sure you have considered this commitment and that you have the time, money and space they will need, before offering them a home.

Well I'm pleased to say Daddy Splodge was in the mood to snuggle last night, and so were Mummy HoneyDew and Mummy HoneyPop. So staying awake until 1am for hamster rudies was worth it. Hopefully in 16 days time I will have some good news from the people on the waiting list 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

So here we sit, The Twerp and I. Waiting for midnight to come, why????????????????

Well if you know us, then you know😉😉
It can mean only one thing......
It's hamster ruddies time tonight ♥️🐹♥️ well at least we hope it is 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 as I'm very well aware that the waiting list grows longer by the day 😬😬😬😬. Hopefully Sir Perciville and Daddy Boon are ready and willing, and Mummy BubbleGum, Mummy HoneyPop, and Mummy HoneyDew are also feeling the romantic vibes tonight 😍😍😍.

Well at midnight tonight or another night in the next 5 nights hopefully that will be the case. You never can tell, and if you know us you also know that we are completely animal led, in our approach to breeding. Both animals have to be willing to breed, there is no holding down or forcing my hammies. Never has been, never will be !!!!!! I would rather stop all together, rather than hold an animal down. That's sick and disgusting and not necessary at all.

When the hammies are willing that's fantastic, when they aren't that's fine too. If that means we have a minimum of a ten week wait on our waiting list, and most people choose to go else where. Where it is controlled and convenient, that's fine by me. My babies are worth the wait and my parent hamsters are happy and content, in ethical cages with tons of enrichment.

So Twerpy and I will wait till midnight and keep our fingers and paws crossed 🤞🏻🐾🤞🏻🐾

A little heads up ⬆️⬆️ our last delivery should have had 160 packs of Kaytee Clean & Cosy, BUT we only had 30 delivered 😳😬😳. I will of course be chasing this on Monday morning. REHOMING HAMSTERS
These two girls are divine, they are both really lovely.

Luna is so sweet and gentle, she's such a floofy snuggle monster. She is 11 months old and would love a family to call her own. She loves cuddles and lots of attention. She is a really delightful girl. She's is an absolute dream, she's cuddly and loves slowly pottering around when she's out with you for play time. She's inquisitive and nosy, and fun to be with. Luna was bred by me.

Dipsey is a sweet little girl. She is a teeny tiny tot of love. She's snuggly but shy. She loves to have cuddles and potter round her cage. She loves to burrow and new enrichment in her cage. Dipsey was not bred by me. She will be an amazing family pet as she really loves people.

Both of these girls will make fantastic companions and whom ever ends up homing them will be very very lucky.
