Handsome Boogie came for his last puppy groom the other day and is looking top dog!💙🐾

Dear valued customers,

Please note that, effective immediately, any dog found to have fleas during their appointment will have their groom stopped straight away. You will be contacted to collect your pet as soon as possible, as I cannot allow dogs with fleas to remain in the salon due to the risk to other pets.

In the event that fleas are discovered, the full grooming fee originally quoted will still apply, even if the groom is not completed. In addition, a £20 charge will be added to cover the cost of treating the salon and any disruption caused to other appointments.

This policy has been introduced following a number of recent cases, which have resulted in additional costs and the need to cancel other bookings. It is in place to protect all pets visiting the salon and to maintain a clean, safe environment for everyone.
