🐾💔 AND JUST LIKE THAT… THE END OF AN ERA! 💔🐾
Well… here we are. 😭
After what feels like a lifetime of muddy paws, soggy doggos, waggy tails, endless ball/stick throwing, questionable smells, endless and of course the s**te picking & more memories than I could ever possibly fit into one Facebook post…
The Dog House Daycare & Boarding has officially come to an end. 🥺🐾
I’m not going to lie… I am absolutely heartbroken. 💔
These dogs haven’t just been my work. They have been such a huge part of my life for so many years, and so many of these little faces have grown up with me. They’ve been there through the good days, the bad days, the ridiculous days… and quite frankly, there have been A LOT of ridiculous days! 🤣
But after all the tears this week, I think I have officially run out of them! 😂😭
But there’s no point dwelling on what I’m leaving behind. Instead, I want to remember everything that made The Dog House so bloody special in the first place.
The friendships.
The laughs.
The chaos.
The adventures.
The incredible dogs.
And, of course, the equally incredible humans attached to them. 🥰
And let's not forget the true stars of the show…
🐾 The Soggy Doggos who somehow managed to find the deepest, muddiest puddle in an otherwise completely dry field. 🤦♀️😂
🐾 My beloved Mud Beast, who has never once met a patch of mud he didn't feel compelled to investigate personally. 🤣
🐾 And, naturally, our ASBO Podium Queen 👑🚨 — because every pack needs one dog who keeps us all on our toes! 😂
There have been dogs who arrived nervous and left bouncing with confidence.
Dogs who started as clients and somehow became family.
Dogs whose owners became friends.
And let's not forget all the wonderful people and their dogs we've met along the way too. Some of those dogs didn't even belong to me, but after seeing them regularly on our walks, they got to know my voice and would come running over the second they heard me! Their owners never even worried because they knew exactly where their dogs were heading - straight to me! 😂🥰 I think that's when I realised just how much of a little community The Dog House had become. ❤️🐾
I honestly cannot put into words how grateful I am to every single person who has trusted me with their precious fur babies over the years.

Thank you for the laughs, the chats, the Christmas cards, the birthday treats and everything in between. And most importantly…

They have given me more happiness than they will ever know.
This really is the end of The Dog House Daycare & Boarding chapter, but thankfully it doesn't mean I'm disappearing completely! 🥰
