Charlottes Dog and cat sitter/walker cromer, sheringham and holt I provide pet sitting including morning afternoon and evening walks. Walking up to a hour at a time My family is just as important as yours.

I am a full time veterinary nurse I work at the holt practice, please note I do have a long term partner who may also come with me for a few hours while I’m away sitting if this is something you do not approve of then you need to let me know before I commit, I also have a step daughter who may also want to come along for a dog walk or some pop in visits again if you don’t not approve you need to i

nform me. i work half day Mondays full days Tuesday to Friday. So I can provide a more 24hour care from Friday to Tuesday mornings. I provide dog walking mainly weekends and some evenings, also provide cat pop in visits to clean litter trays and fed and general check all is ok. I have plenty of people that will give references if needed. im friendly reliable and will always do my best to find someone that maybe able to help out if I cannot. please take note I do not provide a 24hour sit in for your pets I do work full time aswell but I will happily come back in my lunch hour to take for a walk also before and after work. if at all interested then please contact me via here or my direct contact number 07930140037 prices depends on number of pets and what I need to do standard rate £30 daily dog sitting £8 to pop in to fed cats or even rabbits and small furys. dog walking £8 for up to 30mins £13 for an hour or more. 4hour sit £18 anothing 4-24hours is £30

I have a week off in may, from the 5th of may I will be off and not around, I will inform all my normal clients that no walks for that week unless we have already discussed, I’m taking a week off for myself and resting

Let talk retractable leads/flexi leads

Why ?
Unsafe, you have very little control and like I had this week someone across the road from me with a reactive terrier the lead snapped he ran across a busy road to try and attack the dogs I was walking, luckily I had thick big boots on so I could keep him away as the dogs I was walking were also reactive.
When would you use them ?
As a rule I don’t use them unless in a field or the woods but then il always have a spare lead with me for extra control if needed.
What would you use instead ?
A long line or a harness with a strong well made clip lead where you can use a longer lead.

Yer you should be tired I walked more then 6.2miles we walked from Mundesley to cromer which was almost 8miles van was in for mot there so bright idea let’s walk back along the cliff tops and then from overstrand along the beach in blistering cold winds and rain, some detouring as the cliff top path had fallen down bit of exploring along the way my feet are up and I’m having a chilled afternoon until the get the phone call to say the van is ready let’s hoping to it not costing to much in the plus side I have my friend mopping and hoovering while I relax say hello to fluff eater aka my robotic hoover it’s been a game changer when I have little time for cleaning

Just a reminder get your dates booked in for this year I will be doing less sitting, if you choose a different sitter please make sure they are insured have basic canine and feline knowledge to include some basic canine behaviour training, there are a lot starting up and everyone has to start somewhere but please do your homework first iv almost 20 years of veterinary knowledge as a vet nurse and 10 plus years walking dogs and sitting, plus taking advance learning on canine behaviour. I know what to do in the event of an emergency make sure your sitter and walker knows what to do also.
