To all customers,
The latest pet guidance on dog grooming, pet sitting and dog walking has recently been updated.
Therefore I'd like to confirm the guidance to you all.
1. Dog walking is permitted as normal.
Please note dogs will be collected from the doorstep and dropped off at the doorstep.
2. Dog grooming is again permitted for the welfare of the animal for the following reasons:
A, Your dogs coat is excessivly matted or tangled and you need the services of a professional dog groomer to rectify its coat.
B, your dogs nails need trimming or cutting because leaving them unattended may cause hiderance, pain or injury to your pet.
C, skin condition that needs treating and bathing.
3.Pet sitting is permitted for owners who need to travel to a work place for work and their owners working all day would result in the dog being left alone and un exercised for more then four hours,
If your pet meets this criteria, you must telephone or message me for a pre booked appointment, unfortunately any owners not meeting this criteria asking for dog grooms, dog walking or petting sitting will unfortunately be asked to wait till after lockdown has finished.
When bringing your pet to a pre booked appointment, please remain in your car and telephone me once outside I will then ask you to bring your pet to the rear gate which will be open. Please ensure you are wearing a mask as will I will be.
There will be a slip lead on the gate. Please remove your collar and lead and replace with this one. This process will be reversed on collection.
We take your safety, our own safety and your pets safety very seriously and we thank you for your continued support.
If you have any concerns, questions or comments about my business or the recent guidelines, please don't hesitate to ask.
I will of course post any updates or changes to this guidance as and when appropriate
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your continued support.
Regards
Beckie Tavill
