Hello to all my customers
This is just a polite notice new customers and a reminder to my regulars. 😀
❌Please could I ask that ALL dogs arrive to their appointments on a secure collar and lead. Although I do try not to allow cross overs with other dogs. Sometimes it can’t be avoided.
I cannot be held responsible if another dog has a go at your dog, if yours is not secured on a lead. I also have a dog myself that sometimes is roaming around the garden and although I do try and make sure she’s inside for drop offs and collections again this can’t be avoided if you were to arrive early.
Also can I please ask that ALL dogs are toileted BEFORE you bring them for their groom and do not expect to let them go on my garden to do their business beforehand or plant pots etc etc
No dogs are allowed on our garden at any time.
I constantly disinfect our are and I can’t guarantee your dog would be ok with what I use on the grass ( I know my animals are ok with it) but I don’t want to take the chance that any of your dogs will be ok with it & also it’s just out of respect really. It’s our family garden and it’s not very pleasant having customers dogs run around over it and doing whatever in it.
So I politely ask that you do not allow this with your dogs.
