Hello to all my customers

This is just a polite notice new customers and a reminder to my regulars. 😀

❌Please could I ask that ALL dogs arrive to their appointments on a secure collar and lead. Although I do try not to allow cross overs with other dogs. Sometimes it can’t be avoided.
I cannot be held responsible if another dog has a go at your dog, if yours is not secured on a lead. I also have a dog myself that sometimes is roaming around the garden and although I do try and make sure she’s inside for drop offs and collections again this can’t be avoided if you were to arrive early.

Also can I please ask that ALL dogs are toileted BEFORE you bring them for their groom and do not expect to let them go on my garden to do their business beforehand or plant pots etc etc
No dogs are allowed on our garden at any time.
I constantly disinfect our are and I can’t guarantee your dog would be ok with what I use on the grass ( I know my animals are ok with it) but I don’t want to take the chance that any of your dogs will be ok with it & also it’s just out of respect really. It’s our family garden and it’s not very pleasant having customers dogs run around over it and doing whatever in it.
So I politely ask that you do not allow this with your dogs.

Totally forgot to post these gorgeous photos of the lovely Demelza.. 🤦‍♀️

Afew of you may remember that when Demelza first came to me, she was extremely nervous. I had to do lots of regular settling in sessions with her just to get her more comfortable coming to me, so I could groom her.

I’ve never been able to get a good photo of her only ones of her stood on my table, as I doubted she would allow me to pick her up to position her on the backdrop. However fast forward 3yrs (ish) and here we are
Demelza the lovely little model dog.. ❤️ she’s still very apprehensive, however she fully trusts me and that’s good enough for me.. Xx

Everybody, Meet Rolo, 7 months old and his very first visit to a groomers and I was the lucky groomer.
I’m always a little concerned when a puppy has not visited a groomer by this age. Not because of temprement but in case I need to do a shave off. Every groomer’s worst fear on a young dog first visit to a groomers. However I needn’t have worried Rolo’s owners have brushed him perfectly and religiously, his coat was a dream to clip.
Rolo was a little nervous as expected in the bath and then with the dryer but he very quickly adapted and he then stood so beautifully for me, wanting lots of fuss from me along the way. Which I of course could not refuse. 😍
He was a little beauty.. ❤️❤️
