(Also, if taking your Pet for a walk/run/bike ride/etc, make sure to take plenty of Water and Do your activities early in the morning, or in the late evening, when it is cooler, to avoid heat exhaustion - and to protect their feet from hot pavement) **PLEASE SHARE**

Officers respond to an increasing number of calls every summer, fines can be issued under the bylaw, and if an animal is found in distress, charges can be recommended under the Animal Protection Act."
