Hi folks! We hope you’re enjoying the summer holidays 😅

Please can I remind everyone that we are very busy. We try to only have one dog per groomer at a time so that the dogs all get our full attention whilst they are here. It’s also important in the event of an emergency we can get them out so please, please arrive on time for your appointment.
Dropping off early or late can be arranged if you ask us first but can have a negative impact on our whole day so please do try to keep to your appointment time. The dogs have no interest in a coffee and a magazine while they wait and can get impatient. You know your dog better than anyone!
We are also seeing lots of last minute cancellations. Luckily enough we run a cancellation list but cancelling should be done over the phone. Please leave a message if we are unable to answer. An email might not be picked up immediately and can result in a loss to the shop.

As always thanks to all our customers old and new for your loyalty. Some of our dogs are getting very old and we’ve experienced great loss this year. To those we no longer see. We are thinking of you ❤️

Happy Sunday folks. A bit of an update. We tried a bit of online booking whilst in our colder, quieter months. It worked ok and we filled some spaces but it did leave us with a gappy diary so it’s not our preferred way of booking but we will try and offer some spaces occasionally as it’s obviously easier for some of you. If you can’t find the times or dates you would like just ask because dogs come in all sorts of sizes and we can usually accommodate better over the phone. If you really need a particular day or time then book in advance and make life easy 🙌🏼

Our customers quite often tip and I’ve been collecting since Christmas for K9 Rescue Ukraine . We have raised enough for a much needed dog catch pole they really needed so thank you 🙏
It will be heading to Ukraine on the 21st of March. Other items we are hoping to send are animal food, non perishable food for the humans, vet medication, flea/tick treatment

Happy 10th birthday to Dogtails (at the shop!) 🥳🎺🐶❤️

Thank you very much to all of our customers now and over the last decade. It’s been emotional at times. We adore all of your doggys from nose to tail and appreciate the loyalty and love you’ve shown us in return.

We will mostly be eating cake and venison sausages today 🐾🐾
