Sorry for a Monday morning moan but i would just like to remind everyone of a few things:

1. I will no longer be accepting bank transfer as a payment method, it’s card or cash on collection. You don’t go to a shop and forget your money, I’m no different.

2. I am not a dog sitter. Dogs need to be collected within 30 mins of you being told they are finished or there will be an additional charge. The time I give is a guide only, some grooms will take longer, especially if there is matting or the dog is nervous.

3. I am unable to undo weeks/months worth of you not brushing your dogs at home, and have them look like a fluffy teddy bear when I’m finished. I don’t enjoy clipping dogs off, but if the matting is severe it’s the only thing I am able to do. I am more than happy to bath/brush dogs in between grooms 😊

I have no appointments left for August now and am booking into the 3rd week of September. It is almost impossible to offer last minute/same week appointments now, so please consider booking in when you collect from your appointment or allowing enough time so you don’t miss out!
