Raffa has a real special place in my heart. He was banned from a (different) dog groomers after his first puppy intro at 12 weeks old. I'm not sure exactly what happened other than he completely freaked out and went into such a panic he bit his own tongue. Ever since then, he has been very reactive for grooming. I've been working with him for a few years, and he has settled into a good routine and can be groomed with minimal stress and is hardly reactive for any part of the procedure. I'm so proud of how far he has come 🖤
