4th April 2022

2pm to 5pm - Introduction to Cavaletti Workshop
Learn how cavaletti can help to
- maintain healthy joints and mobility
- improve body awareness and proprioception
- improve sports performance

6:30pm to 9pm - Warm-Up and Flexibility Workshop
Understand the importance of a good warm-up routine and the things to consider when designing yours
Practice soem flexibility exercises to help with general health and performance

I am planning on starting a new Foundation Agility group and a new Beginners agility group on a thursday evening from 31st March providing there is enough interest (need a minimum of 4 dogs to make it viable)

All being well jumps will be arriving next week, enabling classes to start in the next couple of weeks. Initially we only have Jumps, dog walk, weaves and a tunnel, with seesaw and a-frame following in the next month or so.
