A "Berry" good way to spend a Sunday . . . 🫐🐾♥️

A lovely walk today with my two hooligans, Penni and Ruben.

There's nothing I love more than watching them stretch their legs, do a bit of recall practice (which we do on every walk, of course!) and just let them be dogs.

And that includes a bit of foraging along the way . . . blueberries . . . redberries . . . you'd think they never got fed at home! 🤔🐾😂

Birthday Girl Polly Sausage! 🎂🐾

I've not been very good at recognising all my pupsters' birthdays . . . I've acknowledged a few, but definitely not all of them!

I'm a really bad person and have given myself a bliddy good talking to! 🤣

I've now got them ALL in my calendar, so there's absolutely no excuse.

So, today's special birthday announcement goes to Polly Sausage!

Happy Birthday, you amazing little girl. I hope your hoomans are spoiling you rotten today. You deserve it! 🥰🐾🎂

Come on everyone . . . please send Polly some Birthday wishes.

Happy Halloween from Snooty Dog!

Wishing all our lovely Snooty Dog families a spooktacular Halloween!

While the little monsters are out collecting treats and the ghosts and ghouls are having fun, it's worth remembering that Halloween can bring a few hidden dangers for our four-legged friends.

🍫 Chocolate and sweets: Keep them well out of reach. Chocolate, sweets containing xylitol and some other treats can be harmful to dogs.

🎃 Halloween decorations: Watch out for candles, electrical wires, fake cobwebs and decorations that curious noses and waggy tails might investigate!

🍬 Treat wrappers: Don't forget those discarded sweet wrappers. They can cause problems if swallowed.

🚪 Trick or treaters: Lots of doorbell ringing, excited visitors and open doors can be unsettling for some dogs, so make sure your pups have somewhere quiet and safe to retreat to.

And remember, not every dog enjoys dressing up, spooky noises or Halloween visitors. Let them enjoy the evening in their own way.

So, have fun, stay safe and give your four-legged monsters an extra cuddle from me!

Happy Howl-o-ween everyone! 👻🐾🎃

Love, Tracy & the Snooty Dog pupsters

What I learned about Mulan today!! 🤔🐾😂

One of the best bits about being a dog walker is getting to know each dog, their little differences, similarities and all the funny little quirks that make them who they are.

Today, Mulan demonstrated her mud monster skills and you can clearly tell she's done this before . . . in fact, I'd go as far as to say she's perfected the art!! 🤔

Well done, Mulan, you've well and truly earned your place in the Snooty Dog muddy paws club!! 😂🐾🤣

Yes, the video quality is terrible . . . 🤣🤣🤣 . . . the phone protector was on, but honestly, I couldn't care less!

Because sometimes, it's not about getting the perfect video or capturing everything in crystal-clear quality. It's about being out there, enjoying the moment, watching happy little faces exploring, sniffing and doing what dogs do best!

Rain, muddy paws, blurry videos . . . none of it matters when I'm spending precious time with this lovely little lot! And the fact we practically had the whole nature reserve to ourselves today? Well, that's just the icing on the cake! 🤣🌿🌧

Real moments, happy dogs, muddy paws and lots of love. That's the Snooty Dog way. 🐾❤️

Angus and Polly have been with Snooty Dog almost from the very start of my journey and until recently, they've been out with me every single day. These days, they're enjoying a well-earned change of routine, joining me Monday to Thursday.

But these two have done so much more than just come along for a walk. Over the past year, they've helped me enormously by welcoming new dogs into the gang and showing them the ropes. Their calm, familiar presence has been invaluable when introducing new pupsters, helping them settle in and find their feet.

They never applied for the job and it certainly wasn't part of the plan, but somewhere along the way they've earned themselves the unofficial title of my "Stooge Dogs"! 😂🐾

They're worth their weight in gold and I'm not sure they even realise just how much they've helped me along the way.

So, a little shout-out to Angus and Polly today.

Two very special members of the Snooty Dog gang who have played a huge part in helping me build the little dog-walking business I have today.

I couldn't be prouder of them, and I really can't thank them (and their hoomans) enough. 🥰🐾♥️

Well, look who joined a group walk today! 🐾🥰

I’m so very proud of this girl. Lilly is such a gentle soul and I’ve never doubted her around other dogs. . . . it’s been the van that’s been the hurdle!

We’ve been working on little solo trips for a while now and whilst she’s still not keen on getting in the van 🤣, she absolutely loved the destination and spending time with the gang.

One little step at a time . . . and today was a big one for Lilly.

Here’s to many more adventures together, sweetheart. Thank you for trusting me . . . that means more than you know. 🥰🐾♥️

What a fantastic day it's been today!

First up, we had Dolly showing young Sadie how things should be done . . . I'm not sure that was such a good idea, but they did have fun 🤣.

Next, Mulan was introduced to the boys, Koby and Oscar . . . new friendships in the making!

And finally, a little update on Lilly . . . yes, she's STILL getting in the van (albeit with plenty of encouragement! 😂), but she's now been off lead too!

Considering how far we've come with Lilly, I'm absolutely delighted with her progress. I'm hoping to introduce her to a group walk very soon, so watch this space!🤞

It's days like these that remind me just how rewarding this job can be. 🥰🐾♥️
