At Groomingtails our head groomer Lesley has over 14 years of experience, gaining experience in some of the busiest salons in the country. We endevour to make your dogs stay as comfortable as possible here as we have purpose built pens to keep stress to a minimum. We channel all our expertise into producing the perfect groom for your family friend. We are also members of the Pet industry Federation and British Dog Groomers Association.

We've had a lot of enquiries asking if we are still open due to the hot weather , we can assure everyone that we are, and every effort is taken to keep your dogs cool while they are at the salon, we are keeping the main shutter pulled down from 12.00 , front and back doors are open , the salon is cool inside , our dyers are on a cooler settings and there's always plenty of water available ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿถ

Can we remind and prioritise if you have the last appointment of the day that the dogs need to be picked up within 10-15 mins from phone call for collection as this has been an ongoing problem for a while since the later nights. We offer the late appointments to accommodate yous all and would appreciate this is reciprocated with organised and arranged pick up of the dogs. Going forward if you collect later than collection time a ยฃ10 charge will be added to your service as a fee.
