Amazing weekend with the rabbits, great friends, lots of laughs….just what the doctor ordered, exhausted now 😂

Stan was deffo “Stan the Man” this weekend, taking first place in a very good class and then went on to be runner up best of breed beaten by a beautiful rabbit from Team Germany

Sunday was the st. Ledger stakes where 50% of each section are randomly selected then competing against each other (149 entries) and Stan not only came out for the challenge but went on to win the lop section!

Yes I cried…..quite a few times 🫣 but it got better….. and more emotional 🤦🏼‍♀️

Presentations started on the stage…
4th place was announced….nope not me
3rd place was announced….holy p**p not me
We came runner up!!!!!!

Yes it wasn’t the same as winning the sections and being up for best in show but it was just as good to me!
To have judges think so much of a home bred rabbit was amazing…I managed to hold the tears for the presentation photos (I hope) and I didn’t get any pics of Stan 🤦🏼‍♀️ there will be a professional one
