Hi if you have booked with us and have to cancel please let us know, we do not charge for cancellations (this has always been our policy) but we are very full and if you don’t inform us we are turning others away. Much appreciated , thanks Elaine and Sonia

Anyone currently in Spain please contact the cattery via fb messenger or on 02838840067 on your return , we will drop your cat to your door :) and again anyone arriving to the cattery please stay in your car, we will handle cats on arrivals / departures - no one is allowed to enter the cattery unfortunately, we appreciate your understanding - thanks Sonia

We are open and taking bookings, can I ask that anyone who booked before June reconfirms their booking as soon as possible. We will be operating strict opening times between 9-10am and 5-6pm, one person in the cattery at a time, existing clients will be prioritised due to the increase in calls since rules have been relaxed and prices as before £7 per day . We look forward to seeing you all again soon. Elaine and Sonia 😻

Attention ... valley lodge cattery will be limiting bookings going forward ... please advise us in advance if your travel plans have changed and you need to cancel. Your Cooperation is appreciated and I would recommend you call ahead before collecting so we can give instructions for self service etc. Thanks Sonia

Can I please ask that all clients exercise care when collecting your cat from the cattery after traveling...I would be grateful if you have traveled from a high risk area or are feeling unwell that you arrange alternative pick ups. We can arrange drop offs,self service or relatives can collect cats on your behalf...also if you have to cancel your travel plans there will be no charge for cancellations...I am being extra careful due to mums underlying health conditions...please feel free to contact me if you to discuss , 😷 Sonia 07746098977
