. Loose lead walking can be challenging for owners. Starting at home, indoors, down the garden path, in the garden. Often the temptation is to go full steam ahead in the great outdoors where there are too many distractions. Hard work? Yes....results? Yes...consistency is key. Taking a step back in training isn't failure, its recognising a problem and progressing forward again. Keep up the good work 🐾

When a dog pulls, lunges, is unpredictable on lead, walks can become unpleasant. Learning to walk on a loose lead takes time, and sometimes there's nothing wrong with a little extra help. It is important to condition your dog correctly to any equipment used. This little chaps behaviour has changed for the better, keep up the good work 😇🐾

From little to large and everything in between....working with these 2 handsome dogs. The principles are the same, but each dog requires individual handling to meet their specific needs and bring out the best in them. One raised in the home from 8 weeks old, the other taken on as an 18 month adolescent with some anxiety issues.
Both are making excellent progress, time, training, consistency, patience. Congratulations to their owners for putting in the hard work 🐾
