🐾 MEET THE BREEDS: CURLY COATED RETRIEVER 🐾

Our next featured breed for 2026 is the wonderful Curly Coated Retriever! 🖤

Known for their distinctive tight curls, intelligence and adventurous spirit, these beautiful dogs are one of the oldest retriever breeds and are sure to capture plenty of attention at this year’s festival.

🎤 Catch their Main Arena presentation:
📅 Saturday – 2:30pm
📅 Sunday – 12:00pm

Ever wondered what it’s really like to live with a particular breed? Our brand new Meet the Breeds feature is your chance to find out! 🐶

We’re kicking things off with the wonderful Black and Tan Coonhound - a friendly, intelligent scent hound with a fascinating history and an incredible nose. 👃🐾

🎤 Catch them in the Main Arena:
📅 Saturday – 12:00pm
📅 Sunday – 3:00pm

Learn more about the breed, their characteristics and what makes them such special companions.

And that’s not all…

🐾 You’ll also be able to meet the dogs and their owners in Market Street throughout the weekend, where they’ll be happy to answer your questions and share their experiences of life with this fantastic breed.

We’re delighted to announce the continuation of our partnership with Harbro Country Stores, who will once again be sponsoring our ever-popular Breed Meets Zone at P in the Park 2026. 🎉

And this year… we’re going even bigger.

✨ TWO Breed Meets Zones
✨ More sessions than ever before
✨ More opportunities to let your dogs socialise, explore and make new festival friends

Taking place within our secure Unleashed Dog Parks Adventure Parks, Breed Meets give dogs the chance to enjoy supervised off-lead fun alongside fellow festival-goers. No booking necessary, just turn up to the sessions you wish to attend.

From Gentle Giants and Gundog Gatherings to Puppy Playdates, Sausage Dog Society, Rookie Rovers and Golden Oldies, we’ve worked hard to create a timetable with something for almost every dog to enjoy.

👀 Keep your eyes peeled for the return of the giant inflatable Harry Harbro Dog, who’ll once again be watching over the fun!

Please remember:
🐾 Friendly dogs only
🐾 Supervise your own dog at all times
🐾 Pick up and bin any dog waste
🐾 Avoid gathering around entrance gates to help everyone enter and exit safely

Dogs are welcome to attend multiple sessions throughout the day if they fit the criteria.
