In 2011 DEFRA removed the British Falabella Studbook passport issuing status IN ERROR.
Then ignored our protestations for EIGHT YEARS.

Defra continually claimed they had a letter from the mother studbook in Argentina revoking authorisation of the British Falabella Studbook.
NO SUCH LETTER EVER EXISTED.
Then, during a fifteen month investigation involving the Advertising Standards Authority (between May 2017 and August 2018) and then a subsequent Independent Review conducted by Sir Hayden Phillips, which was only required due to misinformation from DEFRA, this was proven to be down to a DEFRA office error by their Equine Identification team.

Defra had been handing out misleading information and therefore facilitating fraud.

We have incorporated the Falabella Studbook Europe (FSE) and are now the ONLY studbook authorised by the Asociation de Criadores de Caballos Falabella (ACCF) which is the mother studbook in Argentina.

Now with information about the incompetence of DEFRA in wrongly removing 'Passport Issuing Organisation' status for Falabellas from the British Falabella Studbook, when it should have been removed (for Falabellas) from the IMHPS, and the attempts of DEFRA to cover it up.
