‼️ IMPORTANT - EQUINE INFLUENZA ‼️

Following advice from British Equestrian and in line with local competition venues and in order to prevent the spread of Equine Influenza

We are implementing passport checks for all horses attending competitions, clinics, lessons and arena hire at Marslands Farm with immediate effect.

Please make sure that you take your passport to the event organiser before you unload your horse/pony.

Any horse/pony who’s passport shows insufficient or out of date vaccinations will not be able to take part in the activity and sadly asked to leave the venue.

This is implemented with immediate effect and will be in place until the risk of Equine Influenza has reduced.

We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we do our best to keep horses safe and reduce the risk.

📢 CALLING ALL DRESSAGE DIVAS…..

Entries for our next unaffiliated winter league dressage competition close in 6 days, yes that’s right, just 6 days!!!!

So if you have been meaning to, but haven’t yet, then get in touch today to secure your entries.

We can promise you a warm welcome, a relaxed feel and a friendly, supportive competition.

Our stunning indoor school will host our fully dressed arena, a perfect learning opportunity for even the most seasoned of competitor.

We will have an experienced caller available so you can concentrate on riding your test, and a friendly steward who will guide you to our warm up and practice arenas.

Your support crew will have a birds eye view of your test in our viewing gallery where we will be serving hot and cold food and drinks (subject to sufficient entries)

Entries are now open for our next unaffiliated competition in the Marslands winter league which is planned for ⬇️

➡️ SATURDAY 28TH FEBRUARY ⬅️

Set in our stunning indoor school our fully dressed arena will offer a super competition feel, a perfect practice opportunity for those who are looking to get out and compete this year.

We will have an experienced reader to call your test leaving you to concentrate on riding your horse.

Our friendly steward will guide you to our warm up and competition arenas and will be on hand to offer an extra pair of hands if you are travelling alone.

Your support crew can watch your test in our lovely gallery, a perfect place to relax and unwind once your ride is done.

Our refreshment corner will be open with a range of hot and cold food/drinks for you to purchase (subject to sufficient entries)

With the first class starting at 1pm we will be running the following tests under BD rules

At just £12.00 per entry and with rosettes to 4th you can’t afford to miss this

Well done to all of todays competitors who joined our unaffiliated winter dressage competition.

It was great to welcome back some of our seasoned competitors, and it was fab to have some new combinations joining us.

The winner of Intro 2 was Victoria Grey and her beautiful boy Blake with a fantastic score of 68.4% which was the highest score of the day

Closely followed by Maisy Brindley and lovely Tenby who was just pipped to first place by one mark

Sue Taylor and Cappuccino took first place in Prelim 1 with 66%. It was great to welcome back this lovely duo and we look forward to watching their progression

The Novice class winners were Sophie Ison and her gorgeous grey Little Lord Wellington finishing on a score of 64.42%

Thank you to everyone that joined us, we hope you had fun morning with us and enjoyed our relaxed, friendly competition.
