Our salons closed early today for our first Feet Up Friday event of the year! Celebrating our team and all of their hard work, with a fun fair themed afternoon with hook a duck, tin can alley, lovely food, sweets, treats, a tombola and more!

Jade took the win on our fair ground games leaderboard with Amber a very close second!!

As an employer I will never take my team for granted, they are so hard working and each person brings so much to HFB, so it’s important to me to always ensure they know they are valued and appreciated every step of the way!

Hot Weather Update -

We have decided to continue with our hot weather procedures until Friday, across all of our locations & academy, all customers affected have been contacted and we just love how understanding everyone has been, it’s so lovely to know how much you support us in prioritising your dogs welfare! ☀️☀️

Yes we have aircon, fans, cool mats, fresh water, cool air on dryers, but with our salons being glass fronted (which we love), they still get extremely hot once that sun starts shining through!

With dog grooming being such a physically demanding job, the heat can really effect this, my team deserve to be comfortable at work too, and are all starting very early in the morning every day this week, showing just how incredible and dedicated they are to providing the best possible care for your pets! All salons will be closing early afternoon. ☀️

We will be continuing to make small improvements in our salons over the summer for the comfort of your pets when the temps are high ☀️
