Some kind words from a dog walker I recently worked with to help their understanding of dogs to enhance the experience for clients & their dogs. 👍🐕
🌟 Saturday Spotlight: Wiggle Waggle Dog Training 🌟
This week’s Spotlight Saturday is shining on someone who has been a real steady hand in my journey so far - Graham, the face behind Wiggle Waggle, and a brilliantly knowledgeable trainer with CPD Higher Distinctions & Diplomas in Canine Behaviour Training, Dog Training, and Canine Psychology.
A little while ago, I reached out for some help.
Yes, I grew up with dogs. Yes, I adore them. But starting out as a dogwalker is a whole different world, and I’m the first to admit I don’t know everything, not even close.
I want to learn properly, grow properly, and build confidence through actual understanding, not guesswork.
Enter: Graham.
We met up for a walk in one of our local parks, where there are always plenty of dogs and walkers to observe. And honestly? It was invaluable.
We talked behaviours, approaches, dog‑to‑dog etiquette, what to watch for, what to avoid, and how to navigate a world where the options for walkers are endless because let’s face it, they are.
But Graham didn’t just reel off facts.
He helped me see things differently.
He helped me understand the “why” behind the behaviour.
And he did it with patience, clarity, and genuine encouragement.
One thing that really stood out was how he understood and supported my way of working. I’m not your big pack‑walk service, and I don’t want to be. What sets me apart is one‑to‑one time, solo or same‑household walks, and tailored care for dogs who thrive on calm, focused support. One day I’ll introduce small groups but even then, nomore than four. Quality first, always.
Learning from someone who truly knows their stuff, but also respects the model I’m building, meant the world.
So this week, a huge thank you to you, Graham.
For your time, your expertise, and for helping me grow into the walker I want to be.
If you’re looking for a qualified, knowledgeable trainer with a real passion for canine behaviour, Wiggle Waggle is absolutely one to watch and one I’ll be recommending often. 🐾💛
