Just a little update for all my clients 🐾
As many of you know, I’m a pet-focused groomer first and foremost. Everything I do is about what’s best for the dog or cat in front of me.
Over recent months, I’ve had a few clients where circumstances have changed—distance, busy lives, and day-to-day commitments can make regular appointments harder to keep. When that’s happened and I haven’t had anything suitable to offer, I’ve helped find a trusted groomer closer to home so their pet’s routine doesn’t get out of hand.
If they decide to stay with that groomer and it makes life easier at home while keeping their pet happy and well cared for, then that’s exactly what matters—and I’m always happy to have helped in that process.
I know how hard it is to find someone you truly trust with your pet, especially with some of the recent things being shared on social media around poor or worrying handling. It’s something I take very seriously, and I always want owners to feel confident and comfortable with whoever they choose.
I’ve also, sadly, lost quite a few lovely clients recently who have crossed the rainbow bridge 🌈🐾 which is never easy. Some families are now returning with new puppies, which is always special to see.
As long as I have space, and they fall within the small to medium dogs I cater for, I’m always happy to welcome returning clients back.
With cats, I’m still a little cautious about taking on new ones due to my hand issues, but please do still ask and I’ll always do my best to advise or help where I can.
On the same note, prices will be changing gradually over time rather than all at once. Your individual grooming charge will always be available to view through your client portal. Any newer clients who have joined recently will already be on the revised pricing, so this will continue as it is.
I do still keep a waiting list for brand new clients, so I’m happy to take your details should a regular slot become available. You’re always welcome to message and make sure I have your details on file.
Just to note, client details are removed from my system after 12 months in line with data protection guidelines, so you may need to re-register if it’s been a while.
