Spring Dangers Series: Ticks🪳

As the weather warms up, ticks become more common and can carry diseases that affect both dogs and humans.

🌳After walks - especially in parks, woodland, or the countryside - be sure to check your dog carefully. Run your hands over their coat and feel for any small lumps, as ticks attach to the skin and grow as they feed. Finding them early is key!

Prevention:
• Check your dog after walks
• Use vet-recommended treatments

Groomers can often spot ticks early during appointments, so regular grooming and checks play an important role in keeping your dog safe 🐶💛

We took Roxy our golden oldie (14) on the beach for a little trundle yesterday. We weren’t quite sure how she’d be now she’s gone completely blind but she really enjoyed it bless her 🥺🥰
