I don’t post very often but I am being asked if I am still grooming. Yes I am be it now only part time working with 12-14 dogs a week instead of 16-20. These are this mornings visitors ready to tell their owners all about it. Small to medium well behaved dogs only. I leave the more challenging woofers for the younger groomers now a days. ###

A beautiful black cocker spaniel was found wondering around the top end of the village of Colwall just below the Malvern hills at around 12.30 today. He is now resting here at Dawns Dod Grooming Salon found on Colwall Green just up Evendine lane. I will keep him here a few hours before taking to the vets for a scan. Phone 01684 540722

I a so sorry if you have not been able to get through on the house phone. We are now fiber optic and our broad band and wifi has been on and off = mostly off for the last couple of days (gerrr) Very frustrating for clients and myself. 9 messages have just popped through some from yesterday. yep wine in hand and phoning back to all. ### Hope we have better connections tomorrow but wont be holding my breath. lol. Keep trying and leave a voice mail that may arrive before the years out. 😌

Combi Boiler now back in action. To all the owners of the dogs booked in over this and the next week, panic is over. Must admit its been a tad hectic using buckets of hot water heated by the back water tank of my log burner not to mention it being blooming humid in the house keeping the fire going during these warm days. lol. let the good times roll and will be seeing you all soon. ###x

So sorry my lovelies but needs must . The price of shampoo, conditioner, detangle spray, blade cleaning and sharpening, along with so many other items that are needed have nearly doubled in the last few years. I do not want to skimp on the good quality items that we have used over the last 25years knowing they are reliable and safe. A £3 increase in cost will help me meet the expectations of my diddy salon. Thank goodness I do not have a larger one and able to keep costs down compared to many. X###
