Yesterday we had the pleasure of grooming handsome Marv. 😻

There's definitely no doubt who's in charge here — Marv sets the rules and decides exactly when he's ready to be brushed! 🤭👑

Thankfully, we managed a thorough brush-out and removed his mats, leaving him feeling much more comfortable. ❤️🐾

Just to clarify — that's not loose fur sticking up. Those were actually large, tight mats throughout his coat.

Mats can be uncomfortable, pull on the skin, and make it harder for cats to move comfortably. After removing them, Simba is feeling much lighter and looking like the king he truly is again! 👑❤️

Just look at that transformation! 😻

First aggressive Maine C**n in Purr Spa history! 😹👑

Thankfully, we survived. Barely. 🤭🐾

Mission accomplished!
✅ One large mat removed, full bath completed and a thorough brush-out done.

Truth be told... we think he actually enjoyed it 😹
He had a few moments where he relaxed and gave in, but he definitely didn't want us to know that! 👀🐾

11-year-old Rascal ❤️

Yes, this is the same cat! 🤭❤️

Today we carefully removed all of Rascal's mats, gave her a stress-free bath, and worked completely at her pace. No rushing, no pressure – just patience, kindness, and plenty of care. 🥰

Despite losing all those mats, she's still wonderfully fluffy! ☁️❤️

The pile of fur in front of her is all the matted coat we removed today. Amazing transformation for such a lovely senior girl! 😻🐾

😻 We absolutely love watching our clients grow up!

Frank first came to Purr Spa when he was just 6 months old. Back then, he was nervous and scared of everything. ❤️

Now he's 1 year old, a regular visitor to Purr Spa, and he's grown into a huge, confident boy! 🐾 He's strong, fearless, and always keeps us on our toes... especially when he decides he'd rather escape the bath than stay in it! 🤣

It's always an adventure with Frank, and we feel so lucky to have watched him grow from a shy kitten into the handsome giant he is today. 🥰

🐾 House Call in Limavady for little Fluffy 🐾

Fluffy is a very nervous little rescue cat, so getting perfect photos wasn't easy, but she did amazingly well today. ❤️

She enjoyed a bath, brush out, dematting, nail trim, ear and eye cleaning, and with lots of patience we even heard a little bit of purring! 😻

Thank you to her lovely owner for giving her a second chance. 🐱💕

Beautiful Loki (only 1 year old!) visited Purr Spa for a full spa day 🐾✨

A relaxing bath, mat removal, ear and eye cleaning, a sanitary trim, and of course a pawdicure! 💛

Loki is only a year old and was an absolute superstar throughout his grooming session. 🐱✨
