Benny is one of our regular visitors, but travelling can be very stressful for him. This time, instead of Benny coming to Purr Spa, we brought Purr Spa to Benny ❤️

Being at home made a huge difference – he was much more relaxed, confident and comfortable in familiar surroundings.

Over the past few months, many of you have asked about home visits for cats who struggle with travel.

So... from June, PurrSpa will also be offering grooming appointments in your home! 🏡💖

This service is ideal for: ✨ Senior cats ✨ Cats who become stressed during travel ✨ Cats who feel more comfortable in familiar surroundings

Biscuit brought plenty of fluff, lots of personality, and a whole lot of smiles to the salon today. Watching our little clients grow up is such a special part of what we do. ✨

His responsibilities today included:
✔️ Supervising the groomer
✔️ Inspecting the cat
✔️ Providing moral support
✔️ Looking busy at all times

I'm happy to report that both the supervisor and the cat approved of today's visit. 🐱❤️

✨ Missy during his deshedding session ✨

Missy comes to us regularly for grooming sessions — his last visit was 6 weeks ago, and you can already see such a big difference in the amount of loose fur 💛

Regular deshedding sessions bring so many benefits — less shedding around the house, a healthier coat, fewer tangles, and a much happier cat 🐾

And the best part? Missy becomes calmer and more relaxed with every visit 🥹✨

What do you think of Kit’s transformation? 🐾❤️

Kit came to us a few months ago for mat removal and look at him now… his coat has grown back beautifully ✨

He’s such a calm, gentle and wonderful boy and it’s been so lovely seeing him again 🥹❤️

A reminder that sometimes removing mats feels like a big change in the moment, but healthy fur grows back — and comfort always comes first 🐱

Would a mobile cat grooming service – in your own home be something you’d use? 🚗🐱

I’ve been thinking especially about:
🐾 older cat owners who may find travelling difficult or live too far from the salon
🐾 cats who get extremely stressed during travel
🐾 senior cats who may find journeys harder as they get older

Because every cat deserves a proper pawdicure, coat care and gentle grooming — no matter their age ❤️

Would this be something you’d be interested in?
