What a day! โ๏ธ
Today we welcome two new arrivals Lucy & Heidi to break them in for an upcoming stay ๐ถ Diaz & Penny are showing them the ropes ๐
I always strongly recommend this for new arrivals to have an overnight and even a few daycares to before the longer stay โ๏ธ โ๏ธ ๐น
Itโs so beneficial for them in many ways ~
๐พ Reduces anxiety through familiarity
Dogs thrive on routine and familiar environments. A short stay lets your dog :
Get used to the new smells, sounds and people โ
Learn that you do come back after leaving โ
Build confidence in the space โ
This is especially helpful for dogs prone to separation anxiety which can become much worse during a sudden long absence
โ๏ธ Gives you peace of mind so you can relax and enjoy your holiday more โ๏ธ
You can evaluate the communication and care quality โ
Youโll feel more confident leaving your dog for longer โ
You avoid last-minute surprises or guilt while youโre away โ
Enjoy the rest of your day folks or if you stuck in work have a great evening โ๏ธ
Still a little scattered availability left over popular summer months and September/October is now filling up fast ๐จ
