Roy arrived with a reputation for being a very anxious little boy, but from the moment he walked through the door, he completely stole my heart. 🥹

We took everything at his pace, shared plenty of cuddles, and I was lucky enough to receive lots of sweet kisses along the way. By the end of his groom, he left the salon happy, bouncy, and full of confidence – exactly how every dog deserves to feel. 🐾✨

Watching nervous dogs relax and enjoy their visit is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. Well done, Roy... you were an absolute superstar! ❤️
